Dragon's Lair Stables was founded in 1999. Heather continued to train and instruct, and added barefoot trimming to her resume in 2012, after apprenticing under a well-known local trimmer. She enjoys working with minis and donkeys, as well as standard horses and ponies. She has also had extensive experience with founder and laminitis, and a variety of other common hoof ailments. She applies her knowledge of horse behavior to her trimming, assuring an experience that is as stress free as possible for both horse and owner.
She is also a mom of two beautiful girls, who are following their mom's footsteps in their love of horses.
